We deliver products in Australia using Australia Post and other professional couriers and transport companies. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 2 to 9 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
When you choose the delivery location, we advise you to select a business address attended during usual business hours, rather than a home address that might not be attended at all times. Unfortunately we cannot inform you of the specific delivery time
By law, we cannot deliver our products to persons under 18 years old. If the person looks under 25 years old, our delivery person will require identification to confirm the receiving person is over 18. We will not leave the products if the premises are unattended.
If the first attempt of delivery has failed due to the fact that the delivery location was left unattended by a person over 18 years old, we will leave a card to notify you with instructions asking you to make contact with us. We will make a second attempt to deliver the products at no cost to you at a time most convenient.
In case the second delivery attempt fails, you will need to make your own arrangements to collect the goods. Usually the package will be left for collection at the nearest depot of our transport or courier company.
